All orders are fulfilled within 3 days of receiving your order.
All orders receive a confirmation email upon placing an order which includes your order number and order details.
All orders receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch which includes your tracking number and tracking link.

All orders are dispatched via tracked services and includes full online tracking so you can monitor the parcels progress:
Domestic orders using our standard shipping service typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch.
International orders using our standard shipping service typically takes 4-7 working days after dispatch.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an error has been made please get in touch with us ASAP. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched we are unable to amend or cancel your order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the parcel is returned to us, a shipping fee will be deducted from any eligible refund or you will be charged an additional shipping fee to send the parcel to you again.
You have 60 days from date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. The item(s) must be in unused and original condition. If you want to try your item on at home, that’s fine! But if it isn’t suitable, it must be returned to us in immaculate condition, fit for re-sale with the original packaging, tags still attached and free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant, pet hairs etc.)
If your return item was part of a bundle deal and you only return part of your order, your refund will be issued minus the savings from the bundle deal i.e. you pay full price for the item(s) you decide to keep.
If your order included a free gift and you decide to keep the item(s) on return, your refund will be issued minus the full price of the retained item(s) i.e. you pay full price for the item(s) you decide to keep.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please initiate a return using our returns portal and place a new order for the item in your desired size. As a small independent brand, our production runs are in limited quantities so placing a new order is the only way to secure your size. It also means we don't have to wait for your return before shipping out your size.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please initiate a return using our returns portal and place a new order for the item in your desired size. As a small independent brand, our production runs are in limited quantities so placing a new order is the only way to secure your size. It also means we don't have to wait for your return before shipping out your size.
Please check your tracking to see if the parcel has reached us. If your parcel has reached us, please allow up to 7 working days from arrival to process your return and issue your refund.
During November, December and January this may take a few days longer due to this being a very busy period for returns and exchanges.
On rare occasions, errors and manufacturing faults can and do occur. If there is an error with your order or if a product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please email us at support@dfyrs.com with your name, order number, a brief explanation and photos of the items in question. We will reply with next steps.
Items damaged from excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty.

Most of our runs are limited and usually don't surpass 100 pieces in circulation.
